It is advisable to use a 4X4 vehicle during the rainy season

Directions to RANGI SABA, Champagne Ridge, via the Kona Baridi – Kajiado road (Loipoksen Rd) 50mins from Nairobi. It is advisable to use a 4X4 vehicle during the rainy season

Two options:

1. Langata Road turn left at the Bomas of Kenya (Galleria) and take the Magadi Road, through Ongata Rongai, Kiserian and continue towards Kona Baridi.
2. Ngong road go past Karen dukas, left at Ngong town through Matasia to Kiserian and take the right turn towards Kona Baridi

Follow the road up towards the Ngong hills, past the red roofed hotel and peak of the climb there will be a dirt road to your left.

Reset/note odometer at Kona Baridi and take the left turn on the dirt all weather road going south. Follow the road to the right at 3.3kms then fork left at 7.7kms.

Keep on main track till the T junction at 14.5kms and make a right turn. Continue till 21.3kms, where you should see a culvert to your right with a white stone and a gate which you can open easily is closed.

Drive through the gate and continue down the road and take the first left onto a smaller track (do not miss) and continue on until you come to a locked gate.  The gateman will open it and you turn left to Rangi Saba.
